Common problems of marine central air conditioning

1. Problem: how to deal with low working pressure

answer

Cause: insufficient cold water, less cooling load, common failure of throttle valve packing, heat transfer duct of air conditioning evaporator changes heat conduction due to environmental pollution such as dirt, and insufficient refrigerant

Solution: check the cooling water circuit to make the cold water volume reach the rated value. Check the setting value of the full-automatic start and stop equipment. Check whether the flow pipe of the compensator is unobstructed. Clean the heat transfer pipe and fill the refrigerant to the required amount

2. Problem: what should I do if the working pressure is too high

answer:

Reason: the cooling water is not enough, the working capacity of FRP cooling tower is reduced, and the cooling water temperature is too high. The cooling capacity is very large, which increases the load of the cooler. There are non condensable steam bodies and cooler pipes. Due to environmental pollution such as dirt, the heat conduction is deteriorated. Solutions: check the cooling circulating water circuit, adjust the total flow to the rated value, check the FRP cooling tower, check the compensator flow pipe, etc., make the cooling water temperature close to the rated value as soon as possible, remove non condensable gas and clean the pipes

3. Problem: how to deal with low steam pressure difference

answer:

Cause: the oil filter is blocked, the steam pressure regulating valve (drain oil pump) is opened too large, the output of the oil pump is reduced, the rolling bearing is damaged, the pressure gauge (or sensor) is invalid, and there is too much refrigerant infiltrated into the lubricating grease (because the steam pressure is too low due to oil bubbles during startup)

Solution: dismantle and replace the oil filter element, reduce the steam pressure regulating valve to make the steam pressure rise to the constant steam pressure, disintegrate, check and replace the rolling bearing, check the pressure gauge, calibrate the liquid level sensor again, dismantle and replace the refrigeration unit if necessary, and try to invest the heat transfer oil heater after parking, Maintain the given temperature (determine whether the heat transfer oil heater is disconnected and whether the whole time constant of temperature control of the heat transfer oil heater is appropriate)

4. Problem: how to solve the problem of cold water and low temperature

answer:

Reason: insufficient cold water and less cooling load

Solution: check the cooling water circuit, make the cold water volume reach the rated current, and wait for the cooling load to warm up

5. Problem: solution to overload of oil pump

answer:

Cause: the oil pump is broken and the friction resistance of the oil passage is too large

Solution: disassemble the oil pump, check the oil duct system software, such as oil filter, and replace it if necessary

6. Problem: what should I do if the temperature is too high

answer:

Reason: the cooling capacity of the water cooler is reduced, and the demand for refrigerant for cooling of the water cooler is insufficient due to the blockage of the refrigerant filter screen, and the rolling bearing is damaged

Solution: adjust the temperature regulating valve, clean the refrigerant filter screen, and then repair or replace the rolling bearing

7. Problem: solution in case of water cut-off

answer:

Cause: insufficient cold water, common fault of gas pressure gauge

Solution: check the cold centrifugal pump and cold water circuit, adjust it to all normal total flow, and repair the gas pressure gauge - ship central air conditioning

8. Problem: what should I do if the winding of the main motor is over temperature

answer:

Reason: the DC voltage of the switching power supply is unbalanced. The current in the power plug is large, extreme and low. Due to the blocking of the filter screen of the refrigerant filter device, the amount of refrigerant for the refrigeration of the main motor is not enough


Solution: take some effective measures to balance the DC voltage of the switching power supply, take some effective measures to reduce the line current of the switching power supply, and clean the refrigerant filter screen
